When will my order ship?
All items are made to order, by hand. And, all orders are shipped in the order received. Production time can vary and is stated at the top of each page (this does not include shipping time). Please be aware that this is a very small business (it's just me!). I work to make and ship orders as quickly as possible, without compromising quality.

At any time after placing your order, you may click the My Account  link in the top right to check your order status. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information is typically available within 24-48 hours of shipment.

My order has not arrived.
Click the My Account  link in the top right to track your order status. If the tracking number is available, this ensures that is has been shipped. Please check with the carrier for the most up to date tracking information. If the order has been marked as delivered, but you still have not received your order, contact us here.
